Angelica essential oil has medium viscosity and is extracted from rhizome, seeds & herb itself.

It was originated in Africa & was introduced in Europe, Asia & Soviet Union. it is found in German, Scotland, Holland & Lapland. The oil is extracted from the roots, rhizome and seeds and extraction method used is steam distillation.

Angelica essential oil may over stimulate the nervous system.
The essential oil extracted from the root can cause photo-toxicity which in turn could cause irritation if the skin is exposed to the sun.
Minimal use during pregnancy.
It should not be used by diabetics.
